Well with having a new born in April I thought this year would be a bad year for hours out on the boat. With about another month and a half to go I'm at 50hrs which worked out to about once a week and my 2 weeks vacation helping boost the hours a fair bit. My wife is really good knowing that I live for being out on the boat so she let's me get away to do so. I always find it funny when you look on Craigslist and people are selling their boat because they have a baby on the way. It has just made me realize how much I need a bigger boat.lol. All of my friends have little ones so I need a V-drive to replace my DD and more length to fit everyone. #firstworldproblems!! Just shows that your life doesn't have to stop with kids and I can't wait to get him out behind the boat one day. Here's a shot of my son Nixon chillin on the boat.

We had our 2nd little guy out at 2 weeks. We try to avoid the chop in the middle of the day, but for the most part, kids haven't stopped us. There is nothing better than doing something you love with your kids. Both of my little guys (2 years old and a 1 year old) now cry when we have to leave the lake.

My 2 and half year old and 6 month do fine out as long as the bimini is up for some shade. The lifevests for the below 2 years olds definately do not look comfy but its better to be safe.
