Getting a new board for next year... I can get a good deal on a Parks 133 from last year but my only concern is that it might be a bit too advanced for me. The best thing I can do at the moment is back roll to revert... should I get something more for begginer/intermediate or will I be ok with a Parks?

No you dont need to get something less advanced. Just learn how to ride on an edge more, the fins are angled so it tracks differently. I have had mine for the past 2 summer(giver or take) and I love it. Just go ride it and youll get used to it fast. My only advice would be to put the smaller 1.1 or even the .7 inch fins on it, makes a world of difference.
