Any one ever see the wedge on any other boat besides a Malibu? I,m getting tired of always carring lead and fat sacs. Any opinions welcome.....

Richard, I am not 100% postive on this, but what I was told when I inquried a Malibu dealer about putting a wedge on another boat, they said they would not do it. They said Malibu specifily redisgned the transom to handle the additional load of the wedge. Plus the wedge only pulls the back down, you would still need weight in the front to get a nicely shaped wake. I see you have a 93' craft. I would install a semiauto ballast if I were you. Just a thought though

Search the other threads, this has been discussed many times before. It's possible to do it but it requires the transom to be reinforced.
