I'm planning a trip with the family to Lake Nacimiento on September 10-12th.

Anyone else going to be there?

Also, Does anyone know what the lake levels are?

Rene, there is a long running thread over on the find a third page.

Presently the lake is about 45% full and dropping quickly. Pay attention to shallow markers and you'll be fine.

Not sure if I'll be there then but odds are pretty good. I'll let you know as it approaches. Are you getting a house or camping?

Tom, I'll keep an eye out for your boat, we will be likely on my buddies mostly white Sanger 210(w/ some big ol' Wetsounds on the tower).

Rene, will definitely do that.

Stephan - saw a bunch of Sangers not sure if you were there. Lot's of floating of styrofoam so you have to watch where you're going.

Lake was great in the AM but by 10:30 it was a zoo.

Was at the marina getting gas on Sunday and the sheriff brought in a about 7 people who hit a rock and sunk their malibu just outside the no wake zone. bummer - really felt bad for them.

Tom, I don't think I ever saw your boat out on the water. We were mostly riding down towards Oak Shores. I got outta there pretty early yesterday and am pretty sure I saw your boat headed south on 101 in SLO around 3pm. Hope you guys had fun, it was indeed a zoo. Yesterday was by far the best morning.

Thank God that the season as most non-wakeboarders know it is over. I hope I get good water this coming weekend.

LOL

We stayed in Oak Shores. Monday morning was awesome. We were on from about 8:30 to 10:30 stayed in front of the OS marina most of that time. We were probably in SLO around 3 ish and stuck in SB traffic for a while after that.

Here's my boat - put up one of yours - want to see if I remember it.

Thanks Lee, as always, your contributions are essential to every thread.

Rene, don't think I'll be making it out this weekend. Should be less crowded and it looks like the weather is going to be kinda crappy.

Tom, I was on my buddies boat. He lives in OS full time. A picture of his boat is in this link.

Seth - I remember seeing your boat too. Had a great weekend - even though the crowds were there. My son (19) and my daughter (14) got their confidence up and wanted to be out early before the crowds. This is their first true season to WB. My son got some air for the first time! He was pretty stoked.
