Anyone have any ideas of making a grill to cover a port hole on a sub box? The port is square.

This is Aluminum mesh. Its painted black. I used the same stuff on my tower speaker grills and my sub portsUpload

Grant, did you get the aluminum mesh at a specialty store or is this something that can be found at a Home Depot?

I had to buy a 4X10 sheet of it for $250, and then pay to have it trucked here. If you need some I can cut you a piece.

So i guess I couldn't find it on ebay either. After you mentioned the aluminum mesh, I searched around the internet, what about the screen type material you use to cover rain gutters? Have you/anyone tried that?
