Long day, wasn't watching, deleted my sequence bin. How can I recover the bin? Media is still there and the .log file is still in the project. I'm working on a Avid Media Composer Adrenaline. Can someone help me recover the bin file. I'm trying not to panic.

are you on a pc or mac?

look in you avid attic folders/bins.
