Who has the most hours on their boat?

I was looking on ebay at nautiques, and came across this 2001 with 1989 hours, which is very impressive. I was wondering if anyone could beat that number without a new engine/rebuild.

i have a 94 with 1250.....it gets used avg. close to 100 hrs a yr....thats ohio weather, 5 months outta the year we get to enjoy her!

2000 Centurion 1260 hrs. just keeps on going.

1500 hrs on a 89 mc tristar

Our Old 1989 sunsetter had 1711 hours on it before the hour meter broke. We ran it for TWO more seasons after that. Then our cousins took it. From what I have heard they have put some hours on as well. I am willing to bet its close or beyond what you found.

I know a guy with a 89 nautique with about 2200 hrs when I rode behind it two years ago.

My friend has a 2-3 year old SANTE with 2000+ hours

94 MC PS 205 about 1430 last time I checked. We put about 150 year on since we bought it. MN weekends and 4 month season

My 1994 snob had 1650 hours when i sold it to a WW member in 2003. I think he is still using it although probably not as much as we did. That boat never let me down ever for the 9 years I had it.

That you're trying to start another pissing match, and that a lot of other boat owners here(on WW) replace their boats before they even see a 300 hour mark.

Ryan- Care to support your theory with valid sources, or was that just another ill attempt to try and make CC sound better since they certainly aren't aesthetically or ergonomically pleasing. Which sales numbers for the past several years will show you.

my friend puts 800 hours on his boat each year!!

Our malibu (dad's) has 1050 after 6 years of use. We have had a lot of problems with the boat. Most of which were dealer caused during the warranty period, and some later on from using in brackish water.

I also have a 1983 2001 nautique (mine) with 1300 hours. Running strong and everything on it works, unlike our malibu where the gauges stopped working within the first 200 hours (took it to the dealer 3 times and they still didn't fix it).

Leo before you get on here and start talkin that @#$$, did you or did you not run your boat in the brackish water without closed cooling for the 1050 hours?

Leo you need to change your (Malibuboarder75) to (Maliblew my engine cause I didn't take care of it 75).

Amen... and time will only tell how your SN2001 holds up since most of those 1300 hrs weren't put on by you.

tyler-all fun intended bro...but honestly i will say this......my local dealer a bu and cc will flat out tell you that the cc is a overall better built machine..bus rattle due to its entire strength, but very flashy.i admit they look sweet as hell..again everyone that i know with a ski/wakeboat(supras mc cc and bu) will all admit the two crafts are handsdown 1&2.....sales numbers dont mean •••••••••• at how many bus were sold last year compared to cc and the price..what does that say?...chevy cobalts outsold the chevy corvettes, is the cobalt a better car?...all in all the best boat is your boat and a boat thats paid for bro....

Most of the problems we had with that boat happened in the first few hundred hours and were indmar defects from the factory. Indmar not malibu. Also, the bayou that we ride in is barely brackish and we flush after every use. Every person that is new to our bayou doesn't believe us when we say that it is a brackish body of water because you can't even taste the salt in the water. Our local nautique dealer drives all of his boats in the bayou and he doesn't flush his boats at all.

I started this thread to see how many hours people racked up on their boat, but some people seem to get there panty's in a knot when I mention that our malibu purchase was a crappy experience. Most of this has to do with our local dealer who lied to our face on multiple occasions.

And Brannon, that is pretty funny. I see you are a malibu owner too. How many times have you taken your engine apart and reassembled it? Zero? I know a little something about engine maintenance.

Leo your right I haven't taken my Malibu engine apart and reassembled it. Why, cause I don't need to. Sound like you do and Why? Maintenance. Okay. Your right that is pretty funny.

Next time I take my boat in for service I am going to tell my mechanic take the whole engine out of my boat and that he might need a shuvel to do some maintenance.

I think we were all just a little tired of you telling the same story about how your Malibu Blah Blah Blah and more Blah.
