I know at folsom boats are always headed toward diw boats and turning 40 feet out. Even if alcohol wasn't involved inattentive driving could be. I always try to give any boat as wide of a berth as possible. But I'm a new boater, just seems like the right and respectful thing to do. but not everyone follows.

Tragic

I don't want to be an arm chair quarter back because the facts aren't out here. I'm just wondering how no one noticed. Maybe around a really tight turn? Didn't throttle down when distracted?
