I am installing a 7 series 110 amp alternator in a 95 maristar. Currently the main harness has a 50 amp breaker. To avoid trip'n this breaker, should I wire the alt directly to the batteries or go through the starter?

Thanks.

upgrading the alternator is not going to cause any issues. The only thing its going to do is provide more amperage to devices that DRAW it.
