Has anyone ever used their wakeboard as a skim board? The water out here is still way too cold, so i don't want to drench myself wakeboarding. and i didn't want to buy a new skim board (mine is really and light, so it gets caught in the wind). Anyways, it was just a thought.

Evan,You all most got it,It's the Skimboard,that's a Wakeboard.If you ever watched Skimboarding,these guys JUST RIP IT UP!!!with out fins or bindings...Now take a Skimboard,& add a Sliding Adjustable Track with a pair of Butter Wraps,& a Box Fin and Now your have the best dam Wakeboard.

tried that dude, my skim board is too thin. it would snap so easy. But none the less, i tried it last year. different situation though. Read the reasons i can't wakeboard yet.

Bro, that's where the STEP DOWN RAIL {S.D.R.}comes in.Add that to a conecave deck,mix in a littel carbon fiber for stiffness...Now you have,Best damm Wakeboard
