Well, while I'm sitting here reading through all the post, it just hit me about how many different people from so many different walks of life are part of wakeboarding in one way or another. One great example that always sticks out in my mind has happened at the Cancer Benefit that we do here in Indiana.

If you looked at the crowd that has attended, it is such a diverse group of people. We had several wakeboarders there, all tatted up and hats cocked to the side sitting and having conversations with cancer survivors and people in the community who really have no idea what our sport is all about. In many other situations walking down the street this would most likely never happen. However, wakeboarding has allowed these relationships to be built.

Just look at how many different people post on this site. You have have people drilling oil wells in Alaska, engineers, athletes, non-athletes, young kids and the young at heart (we had a guy I think 63 years old wakeboard at our event.) This list goes on and on!

Is there a point to this my going on and on, yes, I am just so thankful for this sport and what it has done for me in the past years.

Alright, I am going to try to stop procrasting and actually get some work done!
