Hard rock, alternative, rap anything to get you pumped up. Nothing better then a little bit of Disturbed blaring at daybreak on the lake.

Nah, disagree. To get really jacked up play some Godsmack, hatebreed, spineshank, anthrax. Metallica and Megadeth also work too.

Definitley Hip Hop its a motivator the beat gets me in the flow especially LMNO "Grin and Bear it"
