I am doing some research on flagholders and found out that the ATV world out there utilizes a flag holder to hold those long whiplike flags. . Here are some I found and was wondering what you all think as far as using them on a wakeboard tower. Just need to figure out how to get it to mount to a tower. These things are cheap too. 20 bucks at the highest.

Does it raise and lower the flag, or just hold it?

You can get holders for about $5.00 that adhere to the fiberglass.

they just hold it. The problem with the ones that mount to the fiberglass is they do not fly high enough for other boaters to see clearly, and the also flap around in your face. At least that is the reason I am not using one
