Just read this article in Yahoo (I hardly ever read the sensational articles there) but this one said cardio will make you fat!
http://health.yahoo.net/experts/yaho...making-you-fat
Wakeboarding is Not cardio, but the ultimate sport of wakeboarding might be the best form of exercise!
I really cannot see anyone who can run a 6 min mile and runs a couple miles everyday Getting fat, but have looked at these ultra-runners and said they need to be lifting some weights, they almost look sickly!
You cannot dismiss cardio, if you are in a sport you need cardio, but your cardio can diminish very quickly(within a week) where you can go a month without lifting and hardly lose any muscle mass.
I would try to go wakeboarding today but my phone died and I left the charger up on Kelleys Island so I will ride my bike for 40 min(for right now I can afford to lose a little muscle mass)
