So far I can do a suface 180 (tho Im not the best at it)I can also do a blind side 180. But I having trouble do a wake 180. The board gets cought by the water and I smack hard on the water. Any comments would be very helpfull. Thanks

Sorry but that's not much to go on. Which part of the board is getting caught? There are a couple of posts here with tips for doing 180's so it might help you if you read those. Probably the best thing to do is get some video of you attempting one so you can see what you're doing wrong.

try leaving the rotation later, make sure you are in the air before you turn the board, if you talking about spinning 180 on the crest of the wake make sure you lift your toes as you spin.

If your talking about a butter slide 180 then slowly approach the wake on your toe side once your almost riding it swing your back foot over the wake and infront of you.. then ride back down. At first you should be going farely slow..
