After a haitus from the wakeboarding life, I'm slowly crawling back into the scene and wondered if there are any wakeboard shops in Orange County aside from Wakesports in Orange? Thanks for any suggestions.

wake sports is the only one I know of in OC. The green house at cal correct is another option if you want to make the trek to corona.

Thanks for the responses.

Last weekend I visited the Wakesports at the Carlsbad Lagoon and wasn't really impressed with the selection. I have not been to the Orange store in years. Are they still next to some hole in the wall bar and a hobby store? Does the Orange location have a better selection than Carlsbad?

Also, I will be out in Norco/Corona this weekend and might visit Green House. What is the consensus about the shop in the Tige dealer in Corona? How do the inventories and prices of Green House vs. Tige?

The old tige dealership is no longer there... I am not sure if they moved or went out of business. I haven't been to the wake sports in carlsbad so I can't compare. Orange location is still off of tustin ave.

JT.... The location you are talking about was off of Katella. Now they are off of Tustin, just north of the 22 freeway.

The Wakesports store at the Lagoon usually has very little merch, the one on Tustin is better it just depens on what they have in at the time. I think their best store is in San Diego.

Green House is closed on Saturdays, so make your trip out there on Sunday.

Its almost the end of summer. So shops are running low on product. If your ever a lil north check out Sports Ltd in Woodland Hills.

Go see the OC wakesports (350 S. Tustin orange CA 92866) they have a huge stock right now and the price is right. Liquid Force, Hyperlite, CWB, company, ronix etc...i went in last week and the guy said they price match and they back up the product with a wakesports guarantee.

Great info here. I'll make a trip to Wakesports in Orange tomorrow. Green House says it is open on Saturday. Bogiedog1, are you sure they aren't open that day? http://www.californiacorrectcraft.com/rideshop.php

And regarding Tige in Corona, their website leads me to believe they are still around. http://www.tigewatersports.com/contact_us.htm

green house is open sat. I was there two weeks ago on a sat.

Weird about tige in corona. I drive on the 91 all the time and there are no boats in their lot.

Evogear.com. Unless you absolutely have to walk into a store, Evogear may be one of the best, most affordable internet shops you can find. If you do have to walk into a store, find what you like, and then find it online. You will probably save alot of money.

Support the shops that support your local riding scene. In So-Cal all the above mentioned shops make sure that they are at the events. To keep the sport growing and successful in the long term, shop local!! Plus its much easier to get warranty issues sorted out.
