To all you Shred Ready helmet users...

So I bought the Super Scrappy with the HOG system. I wore it for the first time this past weekend, and every time I bailed, the HOG system came loose. Does this happen to you as well? It was very annoying having to tighten it after each bail.

I wanted to ask you guys before calling SR, and asking for a new helmet.

Not that anyone cares, but SR is sending me a new HOG to install. No questions asked. SR rocks, and the HOG system is unbelievable (when you don't have a defective one).

Mike Glad to hear your problem got taken care of. SR is a great company that strives on customer relations.

Hi Mike glad we have you taken care of. Sorry for the problem. The HOG (hand of god) has been out there for a few years now and this issue is pretty new, and we have taken measures to correct the problem.

I've been riding with my SR for over a year and haven't had that issue. Cool to see they are taking care of it for you.

i have the same helmet and i haven't had any probs with it. Hope that fixes your prob
