This is pretty cool - I don't know how expensive this is, but I would love to see what can be done with it:

Whoa, that's sick! I'm salivating at the thought of what Collin Harrington and his buddies could do with one of those.

I agree - not to mention the amateurs out there (Ryan Taylor that means you :-)). This could be a cost effective use of getting helicopter shots. Not sure how low the thing can fly but cool either way.

Not really that impressed with the video. It's not to hard for it to track something that high in the air. (It doesnt need to move very far or fast) I'd like to see how well it keeps up with a rider flying closer to the water? The Mikrocopter is pretty expensive too. Plus the camera mounts are $800 and up depending on the controls you get. I've been having fun flying my 450 sized heli shooting wakeboarding and can keep the rider in frame pretty easily a lot closer than they were flying.

wow - I didn't realize it was that expensive for a mikrocopter, however you wouldn't need to use the mikrocopter - I am sure there are other uses of it that could be done....I just liked the idea of the following device. I too would be interested to see how it did closer to the rider though.

That is really cool too - I wish I knew what helicopter setup they used there. Looks like an 1/8 scale model but it must be able to hold a relatively large load. The camera is not very light so that much weight on the front has to be countered somehow.
