Steve,
I was there too. Drove up from Columbus. Also got to meet Shawn. Nice, down to earth guy. Wake boats were well represented and had the best displays...IMO.
Greg...if you are referring to the Malibu tower, there was a company in the Malibu booth that sold those components to attach to the tower. They integrated them pretty well and almost gave the appearance of the (former) Blade tower.

My buddy would have loved to take home the all white V-ride and I would have loved to take home the 40th Ann. X-Star...

Are the white lines that make up the checkerboard on the MC XSTAR or are they cleared over?

White lines are drip molded graphics...

The "x" is in the gel coat with black...

The guys that manufacture the tower parts are great. Check out their gear at www.illusivecustoms.biz . Kool to work with and super innovative Malibu parts. I also believe you can order their parts through dealers now as well...

Greg,
I think you are mistaken on the white lines. I don't think they are drip molded unless it's a very fine drip mold. They are definitely a decal and not gel, but I really don't think they are drip molded.

ReBoat...yes...that's their name. I couldn't remember.

Looks like Steve captured me in one of his pix. Must have been right before we talked with Watson.
