from what ive heard they help a lot with muscel memory making tricks a little easier on the water

does anyone tie an old rope/handle to a bar on the enclosure? i know people use trees or fences ect, but is it safe to do it on the enclosure?

I tried to try mine to the enclose but it bent really bad after a few raleys i only weigh about 150 so i would try and find something more solid to tie to

Learn raleys... the trick is don't jump away from the rope... Get your height by jumping away from the rope and then on the jump you do it, jump straight up.

They're tiring getting the height for though...

Raleys were soo hard on a tramp, ive been trying for years, I tried into my pool too simulating jumping a wake. i tied my line to a tree and ran with tension on the rop, bounced and tried to throw my feet back but i couldnt get them back down, idk it was really weird and awk. I really need to get better at riding, ive been riding since i was 6 and i pretty much bow, wake to wakes, 180's, all grabs, thats about it, maybe a switch 180. I wanna find someone to ride with this summer to get me better.

They do help with muscle memory, but i think they help mostly with air awareness. so you get comfortable being in the positions u will get into while on the water.
