SACRAMENTO RIDERS:

State parks is rewriting the plan on how they will use the park. Some of this is old news to many of you. Here is a link to a web page with info about it. http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=24325

One of the many proposals for the lake is to not allow any more power boating. Obviously this would not be good for us boarders. I have no idea if this will actually happen.

I did talk with the project manager for the revised park plan and he said the more 'votes' or more people he heard from regarding the issue would weigh on this issue. If you could help and please send him a quick e-mail stating that you want Clementine to continue to be used as a lake for water skiing and wakeboarding that would be great. His e-mail:

I feel your pain. Still much better off than San Diego lake situation. We only have two, and soon to be only one. I would still like to move up your way. Good luck with the lake. Community support is the key!

Thanks to all that sent a message. I am on a list where they will tell me about future public meetings where they discuss the overall plan. Would be cool if a bunch of us went up in force to a meeting letting our opinions be known and then get some beers aft.

Mike- We gotta get out there for sure, been busy and this weekend going to Vegas to see Dane Cook :-)

Hopefully we can set something up next week, how does your Wed look? Anyone else for Wed Aft?

Tate- Good to hear from you, I haven't seen you post in a while. Thanks for your advice regarding Sanger I got the V215 2005 in the spring and have been very happy with it.
