first off after my posting turning bigger than i wanted, i will say i spoke to eric (sup.) at buywake and they've resolved the issue with the helmet. i think people misunderstood the post. it really had nothing to not being able to exchange the helmet, just being told what i was told. you're having a rough day and then you're told that was like the button that ruined the entire day. eric did call me after emailing him, which i thought was huge. they are exchanging the item which is cool and being the man i wish to be, i apologized for jumping to conclusions before speaking to a supervisor--which is dumb i admit. i'll continue to buy from buywake and was really impressed.
