I UPSed my stock OJ prop to Thomas Marine Propeller and they did a great job. It's all done with computerized "Prop Scan" system, so you get a chart showing you exactly how perfect the prop is, and how messed up it was before they started. They also re-pitched to the prop from 16.75 down to 16.375.

I'm sending my Acme prop to them today.
