Yesterday while fogging my Mercruiser 5.7 to winterize, I was never able to stall it at the end. I followed the service manual to a "T" and dumped as much as I could at the end, and the engine bogged down but never died out. Instead I quickly turned off the key after I was done squirting through the carb. Has anyone run into this issue? If so am I fine or should I remove the plugs as well and squirt some fogger into the cylinders as well?
