It’s quite frustrating when in this time of year when the season is almost over and the weather is better that during the summer, that means great sun, warm water and glass like water and I’m injured, I supposed I was ready to ride hard again after a tantrum going very bad. I ride a couple of set last weekend, the first one just to see how my feet was and it felt good just with a little pain but it seem normal after 4 weeks of recovery. The second set was great, I even nailed a trick I have never try (heelside blind side 360) and it felt great, so I decided to go to the gym the next Monday and I start getting some pain on my right foot and I consider it was from the lack of work during my recovery, I work out again on Thursday and I feel a lot more pay during the legs workout and yesterday I can’t barely walk so I call the M.D. and he ask me to have some X-rays just to make sure there was nothing wrong with my foot and when he check my foot he said that I have a fracture that was caused because I didn’t take proper care of the tantrum injure and it was just a small crack that become big because I was riding and working out when it wasn’t completely healed, that really sucks, so next time I get a hard hit I should consult a M.D. instead of just using crutches and take some past injuries medications until the pain stop, now I only can drive the boat using feet brace, this really sucks.

Sorry to hear that! Nothing sucks more than not being able to ride.

I feel your pain man, I missed out on some riding due to injuries myself. But look at it this way, now you can spend more time hitting the books and learning some typing and grammar skills that you missed out on. Just kidding buddy hope you recover quickly.
