i don't ride a gator and don't know anyone that does. that being said i would recommend trying out a board before you buy it.you will only get two types of responses to your question.those that own the board or brand that you ask about. they will tell you it's the best ,it's the bomb,you should get it.they may be right ,but only you will know after you buy or try that board.it is much more cost effective to try a board. then if you don't like it you will only be out the demo fee.the other response you will get is someone that tries to sell you a different board than you asked about[what they ride],i call them the pride response.they want you to ride what they ride because it's the best. HELLO,only you know what is most comfortable for you to ride,which direction you want to go with your riding.i think there are alot of excellent boards out there. ask more specific questions and tell everyone what type of riding you are planning in your future and then they can better help you with your search.GOOD LUCK!
