First post on wakeworld...

What angles should the bindings be at? I'm left foot fwd naturally, the left foot is angled slightly and the right foot is at right angles to the board. I've started to do some 180s and it feels real weird when I'm riding switch. I've heard that having the feet at angles can give knee pain/injury in the event of a bad stack.

Ideas please.

i had my feet ducked for a while before, but it was destroying my knees. now they are 10* out on both feet. seems to feel good.

you should have both boots at the same angle whatever it is to make it easier to go switch. A good way to find that angle is to jump up as high as you can and land without looking at your feet this is the position your body wants to be in when you take impact. Look at the position of your feet and transfer it to your board.
