(sorry for my english)

Hi! I want to know if somebody has ever experiement a sensation like I have! Two weeks ago, I launch a simple roll to revert and as soon as I left the wake, I felt a burning sensation in my left lower abs. It's really local! It's not like a normal pain, it burns a lot, like acid! When I stop wakboarding for 2 days, it disapears but each time I ride or cough or sneeze.. ouch man!!! Monday I caught a heelside edge and holly sh---t, it hurts! Since that, it never totally stopped! Did somebody ever felt this burning sensation? thanks!

Sounds a lot like what happened to me on a failed double up attempt. But, i went to the ER and they snapped a couple of X-Rays and confirmed that I have two cracked ribs... 4 shots of morphine later, i am home with a fist full of codine and ready to take a break...
If you sneeze you are down for a good couple of minutes. Just need to rest for a couple of weeks. They say once you are feeling better that you need to wait another week before you doing any thing serious. The easiest way to hurt yourself again is to not let the ribs fully heal.

I'm pretty sure it's not my ribs. It a lot lower than that, closer to my hip! I'm sure your pain is worst than mine. I wish you don't live in a place like me! 1 month break is the third of the season. I don't have the time to take a break! I wish it's not so bad! Take care of yourself man! Thanks!

Sounds like a torn or pulled abdominal muscle. It is a chronic injury and will take forever to heal unless you rest it. I have had this injury twice, and eack time it took from 3 to 4 weeks to heal well enough that it did not get reinjured from riding. Hope yours heals fast.

I think I'm gonna finish the season with a piece of wood beetween my teeth and rest before the snowboarding season!

Is it above or below your waistline? If it below it could also be a hernia.

It's above but not so much! I touhgt about an hernia because I had an appendicitis surgery in april but, because it happened on one move and I don't have any bump, I let go this option!
