Thank You CWB/Proline & Bart's

I had a Proline Lg handle that I bought last June. It never floated and the leather started to separate from the grip and roll under my hands. I emailed CWB and they said sounds like it is within the warranty, but I had to contact Bart's because they are large enough to handle their own warranty claims. This got me worried, but the worries quickly went away when I hung up the phone with Bart's. I had a new replacement handle in my hands within a week!!! THANK YOU and you both now have a customer for life!!!
