I just bought a 2007 Centurion Elite with center and rear ballast tanks. I've only put 20 hours on the boat so far and to get a decent surf wake on the starboard side I have been filling the center and starboard ballasts and having 4-5 additional people sitting on the starboard side of the boat. I would like to be able to get a good wake without all the additional people in the boat. Are there heavier ballast tanks that will directly replace the stock tanks. I saw they make a 1600 pound sack for the enzo, it would be great if I could get something like that for my boat.

The enzo sack is a little big for the elite v (mainly in the underseat part) but it will work just not fill all the way. For less money people have put a 750lb fat sac in the v drive locker and another sac on the passenger bench. you'll want some bow weight too but you can use people for that. Michael Howard has posted some picks of his wave behind this boat.

RTH. I bought an 2006 elite this year. I have really started to dial the wake in. Here is my setup.
750# in rear locker.
150# brink behind the driver.
750# on the seat behind the driver and ontop of the brink.
250# under the starboard bow seat.
250# on top of the bow seat.

I have found that when I have the center ballast in it washs out the wake.

Heres a pick of the wake.
