Does anyone know what the fine/punishment is for towing someone at night in Georgia? The only reason I ask is because of this video I saw this morning: http://mpora.com/videos/AAdg26hys4pj
My girlfriend has developed an obsession with light painting lately and I think a rig like this could be a way to bring our two hobbies together. I know night riding is considered dangerous because I may get hit by another boat when I fall and it may be hard for my driver to see me when pulling back around, but I feel like those risks wouldn't apply with a rig like they had in the video. Plus, I've always wanted to hit the glass at night.

Don't know about the fines, but there is a permit process in Georgia for water events, and you might see if you can get it permitted. You might also consider moving it to private property, or a body of water that is not covered by DNR regulations.

I would think its a case of forgiveness over permission.
Incredibly dangerous and arguably stupid.

However that video was groovy. Very neat stuff.
