new boat stereo deck needed

My stock stereo has died.

I need a new deck to drive my boat speakers and my tower speaker amp.

I would like an MP3 capable CD player plus an ipod input and a wired remote.

Can anyone recommend a new deck that will slide into the existing slot within my 2000 BU?
