I have read several times that the first Invert you should try (ie. the easiest) is the backroll. Is this actually easier than a Raley ? This may be a stupid question but to the inexperienced , the raley looks a much simpler move. Yes there is a bit more height, but there is no rotation and you should not get too disorientated, as I guess you may when attempting a back roll. What's everyone's else's thought on this ??
