Delta property questions

A buddy of mine just received his eviction notice from Spanish Flat @ Berryessa and now is looking for something on the delta.
Are there any sites out there that show places for sale???

Some marinas are starting to send out eviction notices to tenants. It's all tied to the BLM not re-upping the lease on the land surrounding the lake. I haven't kept a close eye on the status, my buddy said he just got the eviction notice last week. He has to be out of there by March '08.
