WAs wondering if your toes should touch the front on these or if they shouldn't. I am not that good of a rider with only a backroll and a tantrum and working on a scarecrow still taking some hard falls on the crow. So am worried about alittle toe jam. What do you all think.....Looking at the Watsons or Ronix One's

sounds to me you are a little modest ;)... but a little modesty is always needed to ad a little push for progression... never being mediocre and satisfied with your current stand...

with that said, I don't think i am any expert on CT fit suggestions and have been debating between a 10 or an 11 since i usually wear 10.5 shoes. Also i am looking at slingshot. I did have the idea recently that i'd go with the 11 (the 10s are just really uncomfortable after even a few min. in the store) and if the bindings proved to be a little large (initially or after breaking in) then i might consider putting some kind of rubber or foam piece in the toe to make it "smaller" and tighter. The added pieces might add shock absorption too...? It would especially work well with bindings with removable liners where the added pieces could stay between the outer shell and the liner. Any one have any opinions to add to this idea?????

I wear a 10.5 or 11 depending on the brand shoe and I ride a large CT binding. when I first got them my toe was slightly touching the end, but after a few days of riding they fit perfect. I would say as long as your toes are not curled up that should be a good fit because the binding will stretch

You want the toes to just barely touch as Justin said.

Jeremy, you know you can heat mold those boots, right? that will make a world of difference. the foam can expand or contract to fit your foot.

Jeremy,

My experience with the Slingshot bindings is that they REALLY tighten up well (this was the 07 Drive's; I've not had the chance to try the 08s). So an 11 should be great for you :-)

hyperlite makes some that come in half size inserts

I know about the liners being moldable, but that fact made my delema nearly as bad. "get the ten and let it stretch to add a little room or bigger and let it expand for less?" I think i have decided i would have less potential for doubt/regret with 11 than 10... especially after going snowboarding yesterday in 11's (rental).

I've tried the '07s but i tried a 10 and 11 a 12 i think and a 14. I rented a setup multiple times to show it off to friends to fit their feet. I love the ride so much i even strapped on 14's and felt rather confident/comfortable despite the size. I just cinched 'em down REAL tight.

YUP 11's for me!!!
