I have been looking at upgrading to a Air Nautique 210 or 220, likely 2007 or 2008 model. I would appreciate anyone's comment on what the wake is like on each boat, your opinion on which boat you would choose for a wakeboard boat. Thanks!

I personally don't like the 220 because the wake is very inconsistent. New 210 is great.

there's a thread going on at planetnautique.com about the 220's wake. It's just a matter of finding the right setup...you can't go wrong with a 210. if you wanna surf and have a large crew/family, the 220 is a great boat for your needs!

How is the surf wake on the 210?

I bought a 210 in Jan. I was told the 220 will not put out a ski wake its better for wake board and wake surf. The 210 has great wake board and wake surf wakes even with stock ballast. It only gets better with some additional sacs. I still have to pull skiers its not as good as a 196/205 but not bad at 32mph and two on board. As long as you are buying a Nautique you cant go wrong.

Don't own a 210 but ride behind an '08 all the time and dig the wake. I think it is one of the most efficient wake machines out there, great wake stock ballast with 3 or 4 peeps. Throw in some more and and the wake is macking. Love the reversible seat and like the layout overall. Everything seems solid and well built. If only they weren't so darn expensive.

From what the market is showing people must really not like their 220's. There are so many 220's for sale right now it is ridiculous. Or people are in financial troubles or some sort.
