You cannot bridge channels on a HU - The amp is already running at its max capacity when powering a 4ohm load (Though you can run multiple speakers per channel by sharing the wattage over them - you'll not really gain much there though).

Yea thats what I thought...I have some awesome speakers up there but hate to waste an amp. on two 4ohm speakers.

I would need 300-400 watt amp to get 75 watts at a 4 omn load

YES... YOU CAN BRIDGE A HEAD UNIT BUILT IN AMP!!!

Go find yourself a head unit that has the bold print on the face plate... 4x50 watts.

Then bridge it... 2 x 100 watts

Then take your two speakers... positive to positive and negative to negative... twist together and connect!!!!

You should be pumping 2 x 200 watts... or even better... add another two pairs and drop your impedance to 1/2 ohm...

You should be able to get close to 500 watts out of that bad boy...

Might out power your sub and tower speakers... but it will kick a$$!!!

After you do it... post on here and let us know how it all worked out...

Best of luck!
