Ok what the crap is up? This is the only site I have trobel posting pics on. I resize them to ther specs and nope to many kb. Any help out there.

No, I just use a basic product from HP that does a few basic things including resizing. I by no means a computer illiterate but I cant figure out what the problem is.

MicroSoft Office Picture Manager works great!
Compress, Resize, Crop, etc..
Keep the pics smaller than 150 KB.

When you save your image after resizing it, you should be given the option as to what quality you want. Usually a scale from 0 to 100%. Start with saving it at 70% quality and that should get you in the 150kb range.
