I just bought the 08 ronix one bindings and have no idea how to mold these things to my feet...and what are the j bars for and where do they go?

go to your local ronix dealer and they should have the heater. The j bars are for extra ankle support- they go between the outer shell and inner liner. YOU CAN NOT MOLD THEM IN A BATH TUB OR HOT TUB, THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY : )

my dealer does not have one i just called him... can i use the oven on low or like a heat gun?

That voids your warranty? I had no idea... hrmm... thats weird, cause I'm pretty sure I warrantied mine a few months ago, and the hot water in the tub thing worked like a charm for me.

I used a hair dryer on mine, Worked just fine.

J bars hold your heel down if they are lifting in your boots. Look in between the back of the inner liner of the bindings toward the bottom and you will see some velcro. Thats where the J bars stick to.
