Painted/Stenciled Grubb Wakeskate

Something I did yesterday, thought it might interest some people:

I went with yellow because I board mostly in salt/brackish water, a light color makes it a lot easier to find the board when I fall, especially in low light. The HL symbol was drawn onto a cut up cereal box and then stenciled on.

that looks cool, but what made you want to paint your board? Was it pretty scratched up? just wondering.

Can't he just be artistic? I did it to my wakeboard.
Nice job anyway, smart with the yellow, its so easy to loose stuff in brackish water.

I did the same thing to my Grubb with spraypaint.

Did someone PM me about this a while ago? I vaugely remember, but I had issues with my computer and now the e-mail is gone.

As for why - I was bored, and have always thought the graphic that comes standard with the board is ugly. Plus it was getting a bit scratched/faded from hitting sliders.

I like the dice, that looks pretty cool.

Sorry Danny, I've been feeling bad about not getting back to you before I lost my e-mail.

I just used normal spray paint and masking tape after sanding it down a little.
