Does anybody have the link to the thread about the fuel tax rebate? This was in reference to a tax rebate you can claim for gas purchased for non-highway use. It varies from state to state, and Texas was one of states you can claim. The thread was in the last few months, and there was a link to the actual forms to download. My accountant has never heard of it.

Make sure you have all of your receipts as you WILL be audited your first year.

It is a state rebate and not having to deal with state taxes on a regular basis, it is not surprising your accountant doesn't know about it.
