Does anyone know where you can find 06 Watson Boards? it seems like they are out of all the online shops even in the closeout section. I'm looking for a 06 134

I wish you luck in your search, you might want to try Ebay at this point, or the classified section on this site ....most shops probably only have the 07's now. This is my favorite board by far and I plan on riding mine at least another couple seasons.

I was also wondering what the differences are between Hyperlite bindings and Liquid Force bindings. I was thinking about getting the Watson bindings as well as the board. I ride 02 HL Belmonts right now, do you know what the differences will be. and does LF make a better quality boot than hyperlite?

Yes, go LF

no one can tell you what's best for you or your feet. lf's quality isn't any better than hyperlite's quality. in my book, they're all good. and they'll all take care of you if you should have warranty issues.

you need to hit up local shops and try 'em on. find ones that you like the best. some will let you demo them as well. you may find lf bindings best for you, you may not. the only way you'll know though is if at the very least, you try them on.

If you ask me I say go with CWB Bindings, but this is coming from somebody who ripped a pair of Watson bindings in half. They were basically held together with glue and dental floss. I have had zero problems with my zeus though and they feel awesome. With all that said, the Watson bindings were pretty damn comfy.

I know of an 06 Watson 134 at our local shop. I can get a price if you would like.

Markster,

If you do go with the LF Watson Bindings, I have a brand new pair of '07s in a size 10-11 for sale if you are interested. I got them off waranty replacement, but I already have another pair so I need to get rid of the other ones. They are brand new and still in the box with warranty. They sell for $380 plus tax in stores and I am asking $340 for mine including shipping. Just an option if you're thinking of going that route. Also, for me the Watson bindings are the most comfortable bindings I have ever worn and I have rode everything from Hyperlite, CWB, LF, etc.

You might want to try calling buywake @ 800.709.9253. Their website shows that they only have men's size 5-7 2006 Watsons available for $199.99 but I got a pair of XL from them a couple weeks ago even though the website said they didn't have any in stock. The guys there might be able to check the warehouse physically and see if they can hook you up.
