Ryan, does it make you feel good that you know something that others don't??? It doesn't matter what company you're refering to (square one, I'm assuming), but it's kinda •••••• to let people know that they should hold off on buying new stuff til next year when 08 stuff is just begining to really sell.

I've heard some things... I heard that the new boards will put a little glide in your stride and the boots, well they provide more pep in your step. Loosely translated, wakeboards will look much the same and boots will still go on your feet. Yeah progress!!

I'm hoping some 08 models have the golf-ball dimples on the bottom. Then, I might finally make an upgrade.

The Hyperlite Marek is the only 09 coined board so far. I just think you will see more lighter materials used. Maybe new shapes like Murrays. BTW The bottom shape is totally awesome on that board. I wouldn't doubt if they bring back a surf style board with big fins....look at Freestyle watches. They have 80's retro shark watches up again. I saw skinny ties in the mall the other day. So surf style makes sense. I would buy one for fun.

Funny, I didn't say to hold off on 2008 product cuz then I would be a hypocrite since I bought 2008 gear.
