I just helped a friend of mine install his FAE system on his Centurion Typhoon. We took it to the lake to try it out and what a difference.

The only down side we could find was that the boat had a small rooster tail at normal speed behind the swim platform, and it throws water up between the transom and the platform. Is this normal or have we done something wrong?

Mine does that too. You could try tilting the down pipe a bit further back but I don't know if that's going to make much difference.

We just cut a piece of plexi and attached it to the top of the FAE to stop the spray between the platform and transom.

I moved mine in as close to the TAPS plate as I could and spray is gone.

Just play around with the angle of the down pipe, but use a paint pen and put a couple of index marks on the pipes so you know where you started.

I know they ran some prototypes but you'd have to call them.
