does anyone know of photo stitching software that can be downloaded for free? currently i am using the 3cim trial version and it leave a watermark on each image, just curious to see if there is any way i can avoid purchasing panoramic stitching software.

I don't know of a free version, but after seeing what Photoshop CS3 can do who wouldn't want to buy it once it comes out? ;-)

Don't forget that you can get a student discount either direct from Adobe or through your local college.

I think HP has a free stitching program....at least that's what my dad was telling me.

I don't know where it is so you will have to do a little googling

I don't know how one could possibly stitch without some sort of layer mode which is really photoshop territory. We're talking serious photo editing here. If you can find freeware or shareware that will do a decent job of it please share.
