Is that Los Angeles or Louisiana?

Can't help with the latter but around Los Angeles there are some lakes. Try posting on the "Need a Third" board.

What about Lake Austin?

Try Castaic Off the I-5 or canyon lake. If you go to canyon try to be respectful they got alot of the original so cal rippers that live out there and grew up riding that lake. But then i guess you should try to be respectful to other boaters no matter where you are
