in my latest issue of alliance wake there is an ad for a billabong vest (pretty cool looking vest) but they had danny harf advertising it. danny is one of fox's best riders and he was wearing a billabong vest.
i dont know if this is normal but billabong and fox are like the same type companies, it just seem like the same thing as someone being sponsored by ronix and CWB or something like that.
can someone just explain this for me thanks

Not really, does Fox for clothing, and Billabong for wetsuits and vests. Pretty sure he even refers to Billabong being his rubber(neoprene) sponsor specifically.

Most companies have very distinct divisions.....i.e. Fox's wake team is basically a part of the Sportswear Division. Harf gets paid to endorse Billbong's wetsuits and vests, not the clothing.
