I find myself at this point in the season with some minor aches and pains

the shoulders
elbows

at my age, I have found that hitting the weights 1x or 2x a week eliminates this

but

I spend so much time and energy either at work or on the water....that I just don't feel like lifting

so....my wakeboard productivity/improvement seems to decline as the season enters September

anyone else have this problem?

I used to.....Tri-Flex, Tumeric, and Flax Oil is your BFF as you age.

I can definitely relate. If I haven't lifted weights and wakeboarded for a few days, my arms and sometimes legs, are usually sore the next day. If I take a hard fall my ribs are too.

I leave the hard core riding to my 14 yr old son.
