i'm lookin for a board that will be good for all riders. Mostly cruisin, but I'd like to be able to at least carve into the wake a little bit. which of these boards would be better, or is there a better option. on a budget...

I have the Tsunami and really like it. It's a pretty fast board but beginners can definitely ride it and get the hang fairly easy. Have never tried the Ride.

I have a Tsunami also. It's pretty quick and I like it a lot. What's the general weight class of whoever will be riding it?

yeah, saw it Kev. that's why I'm askin 'bout it. I can buy a 05 Ride from a friend of mine for $100, but it felt a little hard to maneuver...that's why I'm curious about the tsunami if you can move with it a little more, but I still want something that everyone can ride. And I can't afford 2

You won't have any problems moving the board around. My friends son is 6 and he even rode it. I doubt he weighs 100 lbs. Girlfriend learned on one. It's an easy board to ride!
