i just added a washer under each screw and mine are fine...but i think i read you can get the 08 plate swapped out for free and that'll fix the prob.

If you have the 08s then you already have the new plate Shawn. Are the new ones flexing as well?

I'm not sure if I read your post right but if you are just trying to get the screws tight then you don't want to put the washers under the plates. You want to put them between the plastic washer that should have come with the boots and the screw itself so that you don't damage the board or the plates. Unless you got the thumb screws in which case I would see if you could get the phillips head screws cause the thumb screws have had the tendency to break making it a pain to get them back off without pliers.

Robert, ronix screws are a little long for liquid force boards. what we do at the shop is flip over the ronix washer and its perfect.

Nice, that always works. I usually just through on another washer when someone wants to pair those items up or the same thing for Hyperlite bindings. I will keep that in mind for a quick fix though.
